The third Qian

We visited the Guan Yin Temple at Bugis after viewing the flat. Mum drew the 3rd Qian, and received a relatively positive comment.

:) I suspect we got the blessing because this time round, we sincerely wanted to help the family when we accepted the offer, and not because we wanted to get a good bargain (ie, Greed).

I'm praying that the whole house- buying process is going to be a smooth one.

We made the decision.. On Christmas Day

THe decision is made. We will be getting the house at Tampines. Though it's huge responsibility to be financing the house almost alone, it sure beats having to deal with the stress, anxiety, disappointment and tension that's taking a toil on me.

What a relief. Hope things will go on smoothly from here. And may he get some good news too.
